Delivery

We look to dispatch all orders from our UK base within 24 hours .

Please note that our warehouse is not open over bank holidays and weekends

 

UK Delivery Charges

Orders over £50               Free delivery

Standard delivery (3-5 working days) – £3.95

Express Delivery  

To ensure delivery 1-2 working days  This is a non signed / tracked service

 (Order must be placed by 1pm) – £6.95 

 

Next Day / Courier Delivery 

To ensure next day (order must be placed by 1pm) – £8.95

(Email us at info@oolalingerie.com if you require next day delivery/courier service - this service is only available on orders placed by 1pm Monday to Friday)

International Delivery

We are currently unable to ship internationally. 

 

Taxes and Duties

Any import duties and taxes due may be charged once your parcel has reached your country of residence and are your responsibility as the customer.  Please check your local customs duties and taxes to understand what charges may need to be paid.

Legally we must declare all items at their full price on any customs documents.

If a delivery from Oola is refused, you become responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred, and the cost of returning the package. This incurred cost will be deducted from your refund. If the return fee exceeds the amount of the order plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
